This Pale Ale is dark golden orange in color with floral and citrus notes on the nose. Bitter orange peels were added to the whirl pool and sweet orange peels in the fermenter. 48 pounds of honey are added after it’s partially fermented. The honey is locally sourced from Bernard’s farm in McMinnville Oregon.
